AGO First Thursday x Nuit Blanche Preview

I was beyond excited that my amazing boyfriend surprised me with tickets for The AGO's First Thursday. This AGO event consisted of previews for Nuit Blanche's 10th year exhibit that will be showcased this Saturday. Whilst sipping wine and​

walking through endless walls of ancient artworks, passing conversations and tunes dj'd by K-OS, my excitement could not be contained.I was a kid in a candy store, I was Vincent Van Gogh at an oil paint sale and I was able to sit among art lovers for life drawing of Eknow Nimako's barn owl model of his greater than life 50,000 piece LEGO® installation. I also got to experience a multimedia live performance for Hit by Marla Hladly and Christof Migone and be educated more on JR's work and future endeavourers through his Artist Talk. This was my first AGO First Thursday event and will definitely not be my last.
