HARLEY LANGBERG

In a world full of left-overs, Harley Langberg knows how to use them in the most creative of forms -food art. Turning plates into canvasas and various textures and colors of food into paint, Harley has shown us that the kid at heart still has a place in this ever so busy adult world.

Born and raised in New York City, Harley has shared his creative outlooks of food and imagery collaborating with illy for the New York Film Festival, Refinery29 for New York Fashion Week and has been featured in InTouch Weekly, Viply, Joy Baur, My Modern Metand Artnet!

Harley gained his inspiration from photos of food art he saw at the Chelsea Market in NYC. "That night I bought an eggplant and some other ingredients and did my first piece, the Banksy Flower Thrower. From that point on, I got hooked!" He loves how intrigued people are in the way he cultivates eggplant, cereal, candy, coffee, fast food and oreos into platters resembling post-modern art works and modern rappers such as Snoop Dogg. Harley's work has gained much recognition for his Banksy series of food art through respected art networks and social media.
